How often do you service properties?

Whilst we do provide a one off service, regular maintenance visits are carried out on a fortnightly basis. However, please get in touch if you have other requirements. 

Can I pick the day of the week for my service?

We do our best to accommodate a specific day of the week request. Please understand we have been providing garden services for many of the same properties for several years and will be working new clients into these existing routes. If at all possible, we will happily do this for you. Of course, in the event of severely inclement weather, this may result in a necessary rescheduling of services but we aim to attend all services within 48 hours of the arranged day of service.

Can I be notified before you service my property?

Yes. Please just let us know your preference. We are happy to call, email or text you on the day before your service or when we are on our way to your property. 

How much do your services cost?

This will vary from property to property. Our minimum charge for lawn mowing is £20. Border upkeep can be added for as little as £5 per mowing visit, but will depend on the scope of work. For hedge and shrub maintenance, garden reconfiguration and garden clearances, this will again depend on the scope of work. 

What payment methods can I use?

Please note, following completion of service, payment is required before the subsequent visit.

We also offer a pre-payment option which earns clients a 7% discount. For example, with regard to lawn mowing services, the pre-payment amount is based off 16 mowing services in one year. (Example:£20 was the price quoted per mowing on a fortnightly basis. £20 x 16 services =£320. With the 7% deduction you would only have to pay £299.60. This can be paid by bank transfer/cash or cheque before service begins. If you sign up for service after the mowing season has begun, we will pro-rate the number of services remaining based on how many services are remaining in that year. In the event 16 mowing services are not required, we can refund the remaining balance or credit it to your account for the following year. In the event more than 16 mowing services are required, we will invoice you for these additional mowing services with your 7% discount still honoured.
